Literacy Week Character Parade

We had such a lot of fun at the character parade this morning. Mrs Burge was so very happy to have found her two lost brother pigs and she also found a cousin pig to play with too.

We celebrated 3 birthdays in March. Happy birthday to Liam, Pippa and Zeb for the month of March.

Grandparents and Parents Reading During Literacy Week

We were so lucky to have both Grandparents and Parents come to Read to our class. Thank you so much for giving up your time to read to us. We LOVED it!!

Our Maths activities are lots of fun.

We had fun today in our Oral Language session using the Headbands Game. Mrs Burge found hers quite tricky to guess but she got there in the end. We can't wait to play the game again.

Museum Trip March 2016

Wow! What a wonderful day we had today at the Auckland Museum. The education session was amazing! We learnt a lot about the difference between an insect and an arachnid. I was very proud of each and every member of the class. They did such a super job of being sensible, well behaved children representing Sunnyhills School. Thank you to all of the amazing mums who came to help us on the day. You were amazing!
